Returning from injury

Postby psychodiscokid » Sun Jul 11, 2010 12:03 pm

Hi All

Looking for advice

Am returning back to running after 4 months lay off due to bone bruising in my knee, following a collision with a 4WD whilst cycling home.

What type of programme should i be following?

Cheers

yep physio is a good place to start
..if you go to a doctor you are best to go to a sports doctor, some general practictioners are not that savvy on the whole running thing(not all...but some)
Olympic Park Sports Medicine is very good. does cost $$$ but you do get some back from medicare at least if you go to sports doc
laugh and then laugh some more .people may think you're crazy..but at least you'll be a happy lunatic
