I'd be wary of this diet if I was you.
I didn't buy the e-book advertised so admittedly I'm not sure what foods they're going to allow you eat with this diet but the fact that it advertisises eating 100 different negative calorie foods to lose weight seems a little suspicious to me.
For one thing, I had only been aware of a couple of foods (celery, lettuce and maybe carrots) that actually had a negative calorie balance.
Secondly, I would also be guessing that foods with carbohydrates, fats and proteins wouldn't be on the list as they'd have a positive calorie balance and depriving yourself of these nutrients can cause problems.
I don't doubt you would lose weight intially but chances are your energy levels will drop, your metabolism will slow down and you'll also lose lean muscle tissue which will cause you to put the kilos back on again later (like almost every other diet out there).
You couldn't eat negative calorie foods forever otherwise you would deplete yourself down to starvation and eventually end up in hospital. If you start to lose body fat too quickly your body goes into survival mode where it starts to slow your metabolism down and store the food it consumes as fat because it doesn't realise you're living in 2010 where there is an abundance of food, your body will think that maybe you aren't able to get sufficient food (unable to find and gather food or hunt food), so it will slow down the rate at which it burns your fat stores.
Work on boosting your metabloism with exercise and strength work with balanced healthy eating.
If you're looking for results in the long term, this diet won't work just as sure as the next one won't.
Sorry if this comes off sounding brash but I'd hate for you to put your hopes and your money into this stuff.

Newberry I would not waste your time as that person has probably only registered so they can advertise that diet that they are obviously making a buck out of.

How many people would join a forum just to do one short post like that?

I reckon the moderators should remove this thread.

Grechy - I'm letting it slide for the moment, but I have deleted the URL link to the advertisement. If the OP wishes to come back on board and enlighten us more on this new diet, and advise whter or not they have an interest in the product, then they are welcome to do so.
If over the next couple of days we hear nothing from the OP, I may lock the thread.
