Good luck with your weigh in today :D I finally got on the scales after 3 months and had gained 900 grams :cry:



I managed to lose 600 last week and am working on choosing more healthy options and weighing in regularly..for now :D



How is everyone else going?

Well it's been a couple of weeks since I posted in here... I've been a bad boy :(



I dared to step onto the scales last night... I didn't like the figure looking back at me. I'm back up to 82... I let the sub 80 slip :x I'll be working to fix that up again over the next couple of weeks.



Side note: Should we create a new thread. Have a weight loss one from now till end of October? Just to reset everyone?

Yeah, I have been trying hard to get back on the straight and narrow now that I am running more or less regularly again.



I gained about 2Kg over the course of the injury and have about 1.5Kg to drop.



Added motivation is a pretty slinky Bridesmaid dress I have to wear at the start of November (not a puffy sleeve or giant bow in sight).



There is not much I can do to clean up my diet, I eat pretty well, maybe just keep an eye on portion size.
