Yeah, I have been trying hard to get back on the straight and narrow now that I am running more or less regularly again.
I gained about 2Kg over the course of the injury and have about 1.5Kg to drop.
Added motivation is a pretty slinky Bridesmaid dress I have to wear at the start of November (not a puffy sleeve or giant bow in sight).
There is not much I can do to clean up my diet, I eat pretty well, maybe just keep an eye on portion size.
