Hi all - first time poster with a question. I started running a couple of months ago and after following the beginner training schedule on this site made it to 10k a couple of weeks ago. I'm now running that distance a couple of times a week, but was wondering whether I should now aim for a regular running programme. At the moment I do 8k on Monday, 10k on Tuesday, 6k hill run on Wednesday, rest Thursday and 10k on Friday. On either Saturday or Sunday I'll do an easy 5k. I'm not planning on running any marathons (maybe a half next year), but I would like to improve my fitness further. What do you experienced runners do each week and what do you think?
