Go Ryan Gregson! Brilliant result, even outkicked Bernie Lagat (but not Andrew Wheating, another US star on the rise).
Revised running goals...
Track goals: sub 2:10; 4:30; 9:45; 17:00; 35:00 for 800/1500/3/5/10 (possible Zatopek)

Road
keep under my age for 10K

>1 sub 17 by summer's end

keep under 80 for the 1/2

a 2011 marathon

Healthy, happy, clear of mind.

Brilliant running. Big pbs in this race. The young Kenyan, Wheating and Gregson all smashed their pbs by big amounts.

What a great race, and the pacemakers were spot on. 53.xx for the first lap, and 1.51 through 800m, damn that's fast.
Have seen the replay 2 or 3 times now, gotta love foxtel for something.

Looking forward to the Commonwealth Games, our middle distance men are looking good.

Holder of the AR 1500m for U18, U20 & Open Men - this has probably never been done before, he is a freak:
